Land Claim System

This thread contains the map of Terra that shows member and NPC land claims. Members are able to mark claimed territory on the map by putting their symbol there. NPC territories will be marked on the map as well. Shinteraction is required to claim a territory that is already claimed by an NPC or areas close by an claimed area (i.e. within 5 miles). If you want to take over a territory that is already claimed by another member, you will have to forcefully take it. In order to claim land you must:

Code:: 1) Post the link to the RP where you settle the land (overall RP cannot be less than 1,000 words)
2) Click the quote button to open a new post w/the map code and delete the [quote] and [/quote] tags
3) Press Ctrl F to find the map location to put your symbol (i.e. J2a)
* Note, subcells are lettered:

4) Copy and paste your symbol over & nbsp; between the <td> and </td> tags for that section
* symbols can be found @ http://www.web-source.net/symbols.htm
5) Click Send and the new post will be the updated map.

The map will be audited every once to make sure members are doing it right.

* Each Map Section is 2.5 mi
