The Sacred Priestess

On approach to the city of Inanis, Yuki lifts his gaze from the path ahead of him to look towards the city where his friend and ally Noah resides. Following along side the half-breed moved the large wolf Ulfric and not far behind him moved a small group of four soldiers from his village acting as his small group of bodyguards. Looking towards the city the half-breed reflects upon what his sensei had said about the child before when they had sought to help defend the relic. Drawing upon what his sensei had said about the child, Yuki lets out a soft growl as he knew he may have to bring up what his sensei had said. He had been told that Noah had attacked Dravec, however he didn't know why such a thing had happened though he wished to know why the child had done what he had done. Shaking his head faintly, Yuki try's to put the thought aside as he lets out a soft sigh. " I wonder how Noah is.. " Yuki murmurs lightly to himself as he to change the topic of his thoughts. " Who knows how he is doing. " Ulfric says as he glances to the half-breed before turning his gaze back ahead of them as they draw closer to the city.

EXP: 226

Coming closer to the multi story building Yuki sets his gaze upon it, his gaze slowly shifting over the building for a moment before he shifts his gaze to the individuals that come out and approach them. As the armed individuals approach, Yuki comes to a stop. Taking note of the armed individuals both Ulfric and the group of soldiers with Yuki come to a stop and watch the group closely. With his gaze set upon the armed individuals, Yuki would begin to speak, informing them of who he is and who he has come to see if Noah was here. When they begin to discuss there terms for entry into Inanis, Yuki is to keen on the idea of having his soldiers give up there weapons and neither are they to keen on the idea either, however seeing as he had come this far and didn't feel like walking back to Theden just yet, Yuki gives the order for his soldiers to surrender there weapons to the Inanis Troops. After having his soldiers hand over there weapons, Yuki would wait until he and his group is allowed to proceed forward with his wolf companion and group of soldiers following after him. Moving past the guard post Yuki would again glance around for a brief moment before setting his gaze ahead of him. Moving forwards, Yuki leads his smal group towards where Noah, Kimi, and Jade are located.

EXP: 259

Leading the way Yuki slowly shifts his gaze from side to side until he notices a familiar sight ahead of him, Kimi, as she yells a greeting to him. Shifting his gaze, Yuki looks to Kimi first as she offered the verbal greeting to him. The large wolf following at Yuki's side lifts his head and looks to the female that had yelled out a greeting to Yuki. Lifting his hand, Yuki waves to the female before letting his hand fall back to his side as he moves closer to the group of three, which seemed odd since there was a child with the two, before he comes to as top with Ulfric and his soldiers stopping as well with Ulfric at his side and the soldiers behind him. Before he could speak up, Noah speaks and Yuki shifts his gaze to the Noah as he speaks up. " Who do you have to thank? ... Why me of coarse. I thought I would come see how you are doing. I haven't seen you since that day with the relic. " Yuki says as he looks at Noah before he glances to Kimi, " Greetings Kimi, how have you been. " Yuki asks before turning his gaze to the young child, " I don't believe I have seen this little one before. "

EXP: 222

As Noah begins to speak, Yuki glances to him for a brief moment as he listens to his ally speak. Yuki was glad to hear that Noah was doing alright, like him, Noah had taken up the roll of leading people and a village so he had to deal with the daily stress of such things. Shifting his gaze, Yuki looks to Kimi as she speaks up while bowing. When she informs Yuki that the little girl is her daughter, Yuki is taken back a bit as he shifts his gaze to the young girl. Her daughter, such a thing was rather interesting since he had no clue she had one, though he didn't make much of an effort to find out much about her. What really causes shock to over take the half-breed is when Kimi introduces him as 'Uncle Yuki' to the little girl. As the little girl comes out from behind Kimi to speak, Yuki looks down at her with a soft smile, " Hello there little one. " the half-breed says to the child before lifting his gaze and glances between Noah and Kimi for a brief moment, " I didn't know you two had a child. " Yuki comments as he looks to Kimi, though by the look of the child he could tell that it was not of there decent, " Welcome to the world of being a father Noah. " he adds as he turns his gaze to Noah, " I have quite a few of my own back in Theden, though they are not as old as Jade. ". The large white wolf beside Yuki shifts his gaze to the young girl and as he looks down at her his lips draw back in a wolfish smile as he looks at her.

EXP: 291

Given what his ally Noah had said about the child, Yuki started to get a better picture given what he had said. It indeed was not there child but rather Kimi's child, though there were no resemblances between the two like child and parent should have, which still raised questions with in the half-breed. When they both speak up, questioning him, Yuki gives a faint nod to confirm what they had heard, " Indeed... ten or so. " Yuki says before shifting his gaze to Kimi, " If you are seeking to have a family Kimi you could always bring Jade to Theden and live there with me. " Yuki said, partly in a joking manner to see how Noah would react to such a thing. Given the time he had spent with the two, Yuki was aware of the feelings that Kimi had for Noah. When the young child approached him, Ulfric remained still as he lowered his head so that he could be petted by the little girl. It isn't until he heard the voice of Jade speaking to him that Yuki finally shifts his attention from the two to look down at Jade before he glances to Ulfric for a brief moment, " Yes its fine that you pet him little one, just be careful, he likes to eat little girls as tasty treats. " Yuki says to the young child in a joking manner though he try's to keep a straight face.

EXP: 253

Shifting his gaze back to Noah as he begins to speak, Yuki listens to the male as he comments about Kimi and is promptly jabbed in the side hard enough to cause him pain, something that causes a soft chuckle to escape the half-breed as he looks at the two, " Guess it wasn't enough. " Yuki comments as he watches the two. Shifting his full attention to Noah as he speaks again, Yuki gives a faint nod to the idea of walking and talking. He had come to Inanis to see his friend and didn't wish to interrupt any business or plans he had already made. " Alright. " Yuki murmurs as he begins to move forwards to follow after Noah, the group of four soldiers accompanying there leader begin to follow after him as he begins to move. As Yuki and his soldiers pull away, Ulfric remains behind, Yuki had made mention of giving the little girl a ride and given how young humans are, Ufric knew the question was coming and as he watches Jade it comes just as he expected, though he had no problem with giving the little girl a ride. With a soft smile, Ulfric slowly begins to lower his body so Jade could climb onto him, " Climb on. " The large wolf says and waits for Jade to climb onto his back before he begins to slowly raise up and move forwards.

EXP: 249

With the child on his back, the large wolf would move forwards at a steady pace, staying a few paces behind Yuki and Noah as he moves along. " Are you alright up there? " He asks the girl atop his back to make sure she was alright atop him. As he moved forwards, Ulfric made sure not to make any sudden movement that would startle the girl atop him and cause her to fall off. Having fallen behind Ulfric moves along side Kimi as he tails behind Yuki with Jade on his back. Following along side Noah, Yuki slowly shifts his gaze, glancing around Inanis as they move down the street, moving past homes and shops. As Noah speaks up, Yuki glances to him for a brief moment before turning his attention back ahead of them as he listens to Noah. " Theden is doing well. " Yuki says with a faint nod, " The world is indeed unique and something did happen, something that stripped away all of our power. To do something like that, whatever did it would have to be powerful... " the half-breed says with a soft growl, " You do not remember when you where in Theden last? " Yuki asks as he glances to Noah again.

EXP: 221

The large wolf gives a faint nod to Jade's comment once she has confirmed that she is alright atop him. With her being alright atop him, Ulfric continues to move along at a steady pace, following along side Kimi since he had fallen behind Yuki. With the question, Yuki keeps his attention set on Noah as the child begins to answer him. As Noah begins to answer him, Yuki listens and begins to get an idea of how much of his memories Noah had lost, though he didn't know why Noah had lost these memories, nothing like that had happened to him when he lost his powers nor did such a thing happen to his sensei, which meant something else must have happened to Noah to make him forget so many things. It seemed he had forgotten all that had happened in Theden with Sera and the demon that was after her, though it wasn't something that Yuki had forgotten nor was what happened after that with the child and sera.. As Noah goes on, he makes mention of a wretched woman, though Yuki wasn't exactly sure who he was talking about, it couldn't have been sera could it? As Noah finishes speaking, Yuki gives a faint nod, " Nothing all to important happened that day.. " He murmurs lightly as he begins to speak, his gaze shifting to glance to Kimi for a brief moment before he looks ahead of them, " ... It was just some bandits, nothing to serious. " Yuki adds with a faint nod. Given what had happened that day he had tried to save sera from the demon, Yuki didn't want to go through that again, nor did he see any reason in bringing it up given how Kimi seem to be with Noah, such a thing may just cause more trouble for everyone in the end.

EXP: 327

As Kimi begins to speak, Yuki listens to the female as she comments about there combined strength against the bandits that he had mentioned. It seemed as if she was going along with him when she knew what had happened that day so she must seek to keep such information away from Noah so the half-breed figured he had chosen the right coarse of action with the answer he had given Noan pertaining to the situation, that is unless Noah some day figures out what truly happened, if such a thing where to happen Yuki knew he would then have to deal with that at some point. With a soft chuckle, Yuki nods his head, " Are you sure you just don't want to watch two men fight each other? " Yuki asks teasingly as he glances to Kimi for a brief moment before shifting his gaze from her, " Perhaps it would be, though it would have to be when we are of equal strength much like we were before.. Though you would have to grow more muscle Noah. " Yuki says jokingly as he glances to Noah, " You seem to be a little on the weak side compared to me. " the half-breed adds as he watches Noah.

EXP: 216

Hearing Kimi makes the half-breed chuckle softly at her comment, his gaze shifting to her for a moment as he glances to her before looking to Noah as he begins to speak. As Noah speaks about his strength Yuki listens, another chuckle escaping him at Noah's comment. " I see.. So all divine beings must be physically weak then? They do indeed make up for it, that is until you are no longer able to use those powers. When it comes down to it, there are times and chances when you will need the ability to win in a fist fight, if not a fight with weapons. " the half-breed says with a faint nod. Unlike Noah, Yuki knew that he did not have as much magical prowess as the child, however just like the child made up for lacking physical prowess with magical prowess, Yuki made up for his lack of magical prowess with his physical prowess, though now that they had been stripped of there powers they both where on relatively equal ground now. As Noah speaks again, Yuki listens, nodding his head faintly to his comment, " I could always try and help you become physically stronger. "

EXP: 216

Though he had brought the idea up, Yuki wasn't sure if he could actually teach Noah how to be physically stronger since it was something he had worked for all his life, having been born weak and desired to be strong which was something he strived to become and had achieved it, though now he had fallen once again. As Noah speaks upon the matter, Yuki listens having already come to the conclusion that he did not possesses the ability to teach Noah, and it seemed that Noah possessed the same idea, or at least no desire to be thought how to be strong. Remaining silent as he listens to Noah, Yuki gives a faint nod to what he is saying. " I see.. " Yuki murmurs lightly as Noah finishes speaking. Glancing to Noah, Yuki continues to speak, " I can understand that. I had to work to become as strong as I once was.. I do not like being weak. When you are weak the strong can pray upon you and you cannot defend your self. That is why we become strong, to defend ourselves from those who would do us harm. And that is why I will become strong once again, just as I was or even stronger then that. "

EXP: 220

Falling into silence after his input, Yuki remains at Noah's side as he follows the male. Following Noah, Yuki slowly shifts his gaze from side to side as he scans the area around them, taking in the sights Inians had to offer. As he shifts his gaze, Yuki notices a rather large individual not dressed as the rest of the villagers but rather in a suit of armor with a sword on there back. Spotting the individual, Yuki shifts his attention to them, his gaze slowly shifting over the armor clad figure as he wonders who the person could be. He had not spent much time in Inanis so he wasn't sure about Noah's military strength though he figured he had some but wasn't sure if this was it or just perhaps an armor clad individual in Inanis. The half-breeds gaze becomes fixed on the armor clad individual as they draw nearer until the figure finally comes to a stop and speaks up. Unsure what the individual is meaning, Yuki shifts his gaze and glances to Noah for a moment before turning his gaze back to the figure and shifting his gaze over the armored figure once again now that he was closer.

EXP: 219

Gazing up at the man atop the horse, Yuki remains silent as his gaze shifts over the armored individual. As the male speaks to Noah, Yuki listens to see what the male is speaking of. From the sound of it, it seemed as if something has come up that seems Noah's attention. As the guard continues to speak, Yuki listens to what has happened and begins to get a better picture of what was going on, though he wondered if Noah would require help in the matter. When the man finished speaking, Yuki shifts his gaze to Noah and for a moment wonders what the male was planning to do, though as he speaks and comments about his armor, Yuki knew exactly what he was going to do. Given what seemed to be going on, Yuki decides to chime in, " Perhaps I can offer my services. " Yuki begins as he looks at Noah, " Though I do not have any of my forces to offer, however I can ride along to help deal with this threat. And since its such short notice I might give you a discount on my services. " Yuki says with a smirk as he looks at Noah, a hint of joking in his tone of voice.

EXP: 214

With the offer put forth, Yuki watches Noah and begins to wonder if he was willing to accept the offer. As Noah begins to speak Yuki listens to him and for a moment at first he thought that perhaps Noah was going to decline the offer, though has he continues it seems that he will be taking the offer for help. While listening to Noah, a soft smirk takes form on his face as the male accepts his offer, now he would be getting back to what he does best, killing people for items of value like he had done before. As Noah brings up the need for anything, Yuki takes a brief moment to think as he glances over to Ulfric. Looking to the large wolf, Yuki comes to a conclusion as he gives a nod, " Some armor for Ulfric would be nice if you think it can be done. Other then that I believe I have all I need, I left my large blade in Theden though I have a smaller replacement to use. " Yuki says as he gestures to the broad sword he had with him. When Kimi begins to remove Jade from his back, Ulfric looks to her for a moment before turning his gaze to Yuki having heard the comment from the half-breed about armor. " See you later Jade. " Ulfric says as he glances to Jade now that Kimi had taken her. Upon hearing the comment from Noah about his rates, Yuki thinks on it for a moment before speaking up, " Given your status as my ally and friend, I believe I will do it for items of relatively common value, how is that? " Yuki asks while looking at Noah, brokering a deal for his services.

EXP: 298

Hearing Noah speak, accepting the offer he put forth, Yuki gives a faint nod, " We shall put our all into this. " Yuki says as he glances to Ulfric for a moment. The large wolf wasn't paying much attention to Yuki at the moment, instead he looked to Jade and Kimi and if he could, he would wave back so he simply nods his head faintly to the two before turning his attention back to Yuki. Falling into silence for the moment, Yuki follows after Noah with Ulfric following behind as well. Following Noah, Yuki glances to the armory ahead of them, he had made a request to get armor for Ulfric and now he begins to think upon the amount he will have to give for the armor he has asked for, that is if the armory has such a thing. Coming to the armory, Yuki comes to as top with Ulfric and as Noah speaks to the owner, Yuki glances around once again as he lets out a soft sigh. Ulfric watches as the owner of the armory goes inside after talking to Noah and after a few moments comes back lugging pieces of armor that looked as if they would fit him. " I'll be.. " The large wolf murmurs as he looks at the armor once it is sat down. Turning his gaze, Yuki looks to the armor once it had been set down and as he looks at it he reaches for where he keeps his items of value, though before he can pull any out Noah gives the owner of the armory the items required to pay for the armor, something the half-breed wasn't expecting to happen. " I would have bartered for it. " Yuki comments as he glances to Noah for a brief moment before he moves over to the armor and begins to put it on Ulfric.

EXP: 318

As Yuki begins to put the armor on him, Ulfric remains still as he waits for Yuki to finish. While putting the armor on Ulfric, Yuki listens to Noah as he speaks on the comment he had about bartering for the armor. As Noah moves on and brings up some sort of permit to carry weapons, the half-breed frowns faintly as he glances to Noah. That was rather odd, why would need one need such a thing to carry a weapon around? Not only did you need one for a weapon but armor as well. The half-breed couldn't see doing something like that in Theden, though he seen the benefits to such a thing, at least from what Noah says, but without a weapon how can someone fight to defend what is there's? Once he finishes getting the armor on Ulfric Yuki and Ulfric begin to move, following along side Noah, " I see. " Yuki murmurs lightly, " I couldn't see having something like that in Theden, though our villages where made with different ideals and such in mind. " Yuki says as he looks at Noah, " Also, if we are to do our job as we were paid for, my men will need there weapons back, I don't think you expect them to fight with there fists do you? " Yuki asks before slowly shifting his gaze from Noah to look to the four soldiers he had brought with him.

EXP: 249

With the armor situated on his back, Ulfric wiggles around a bit to get use to the new feeling of having armor in his large cuddly wolf body. Now he was much like a large beast of flesh and steel ready to rip a foe a asunder, now all the large beast needed was some kind of blabbed weapons attached to the armor or that he can hold in his maw as he runs around, cutting people in half. Such an idea indeed sounded good to the large wolf as he thought about it while they marched along to there destination. After his question, the half-breed had fallen silent as he remained at Noah's side, waiting to see if his troops would be given there weapons back so they can fight properly. Yuki didn't expect Noah to with hold there weapons given that they are part of his mercenary group and thus part of his fighting force. As Noah begins to speak on the matter, Yuki listens to him and gives a faint nod as Noah informs him there weapons will be returned once they are out of the village since he wished to uphold the laws he set forth. " Alright. " Yuki says with a faint nod, not contesting what Noah had said since he had no problem with it and currently was under his employment.

EXP: 236

Coming to the large temple, Yuki lifts his gaze to look at the massive structure, his gaze shifting over it for a moment before he shifts his gaze to Noah as the male begins to speak to him. Looking to Noah, Yuki gives a faint nod to his statement before shifting his gaze back to the temple. " That is fine, though I don't know if it is fine for you since you are the one paying me to stand around waiting. " Yuki says as he glances to Noah again, though he knew he wasn't being paid in time but by conflict. WHen Noah begins to speak again, Yuki glances to him for a brief moment before shifting his gaze to the guard he spoke to. Resting his gaze on the guard Yuki shifts his gaze over the armor clad guard for a moment as Noah sends him off to take care of some business so his men can have there weapons for this conflict. Standing beside Yuki rested the large wolf with his new battle armaments on as he waited for Yuki to begin to moving again so they could carry on with what they had to do. Shifting his gaze to Noah again, Yuki speaks up, " Do you know how far away this village is? " Yuki asks as he looks to Noah.

EXP: 225

As Noah begins to answer his question, Yuki listens to the male as he finds that Noah didn't know exactly where there destination is but a general direction. Given that Noah didn't know how far away there destination is, Yuki figured it was good that he wasn't getting paid by the hour, at least good for Noah, now the half-breed didn't mind the idea of getting paid more for his services. Shifting his gaze, Yuki looks towards Kimi after hearing Noah's comment. Looking at Kimi, Yuki shifts his gaze over her for a moment before turning his gaze back to Noah, " I wont have to worry about taking care of her in the coming conflict will I? " Yuki asks as he looks at Noah. With the question, Yuki shifts his gaze away from Noah and glances to Ulfric for a brief moment before he shifts his gaze to the four troops he had brought with him as his guard. In hindsight the half-breed wished he had more then four of his troops to take along on this mission, however he knew that such a thing wouldn't be possible and thus he would have to make due with the amount of troops he had brought as his bodyguard.

EXP: 221

Having questioned Kimi's capabilities as a fighter, Yuki wondered how Noah would answer given there relationship. As Noah begins to speak, Yuki glances to him for a moment before turning his gaze back to his troops as he listens to the male speak about his second in command. Looking at the four troops he had, Yuki shifts his gaze between them for a moment while listening to Noah clear up some things for him. Seeing as how Kimi appeared to be strong enough to handle herself, Yuki knew he wouldn't have to worry about her in this fight, though he wondered about Noah given what has happened to there powers. As Noah remarks about Kimi scarring you and even pouncing on him, Yuki lets out a soft chuckle at the idea. Shifting his gaze as Noah finished speaking, Yuki glances to Kimi as she arrives, nodding his head faintly as he turns his gaze to Noah, " Alright, and what of you Noah? Have you been able to regain any of the powers you had before? " Now that he knew what Kimi is capable of he wished to know if Noah was capable of doing at least some of what he had done before.

EXP: 217

As Noah begins to speak, Yuki listens to the male and from what he first said, the half-breed begins to wonder about Noah's powers. As he goes on and begins to explain his powers, Yuki remains silent and listens, getting a picture of how Noah's powers had shifted and developed now after having lost all of them. Listening to Noah, Yuki comes to see what new role he would play in the battle field, or at least one that would suit him well. " I see. " Yuki murmurs lightly as Kimi fly's by like a bat of out hell. As Kimi fly by, Yuki watched as she strikes Noah, something that was rather odd and what happened next took the half-breed by surprise as Noah seemed to have grave damage caused to his physical form, however it doesn't seem to kill him or stop him from acting. " Well... " Yuki murmurs after Noah had put his head back together aft Kimi had attacked him, " That is a rather interesting ability to have. " he adds with a faint nod, " So I guess you will be performing more of a supportive role, healing the injured and what not? " Yuki asks as he looks at Noah.

EXP: 215

As Noah speaks up, informing him that he can use a sword with some degree of skill, Yuki gives a faint nod. At least he wouldn't have to worry about defending Noah, though with Kimi and his army at the fight, there would be enough to protect Noah should he need such a thing. Turning his gaze from Noah, Yuki would look to the night and the others with him as the come to a halt with the rest of the group. Looking to the knight and the healers, Yuki shifts his gaze over them for a brief moment before turning his gaze back to Noah as he speaks with the knight for a moment. Yuki keeps his gaze on Noah for a brief moment, until Noah begins to take his shirt off to which Yuki shifts his gaze from the male so he could disrobe and dawn his armor. After a few brief moments Yuki shifts his gaze back to Noah as he speaks with the knight once again before talking with Kimi. Yuki could understand why Kimi felt as she did for attacking Noah like that, however Noah didn't have much of a problem with it. When Noah inquires about everyone being set, Yuki glances to his solders to make sure they are ready before turning his attention to Noah, " We are ready to set out. " Yuki says with a faint nod.

EXP: 240

After being assembled, the group sets out with Noah at the lead. As the group sets out, Yuki climbs atop Ulfric, unlike his friend and ally, Yuki chose to ride atop his mount instead of walk to there destination. Once atop the large wolf, Yuki would give him a light nudge to get him moving. As Yuki begins to move, the four troops that he had accompanying him begin to move as well, following after there leader. " So tell me Noah, how do you intend to employ me and my troops? " Yuki begins as he looks to Noah from atop Ulfric, " Will we be joining the initial charge, perhaps the vanguard leading the charge? Or shall we remain behind in reserve and deploy us should we be needed. " Yuki asks as he looks at Noah, seeking to find out how he and his troops will be used given they will be earning there lot today and need to perform there best at what they will be doing. After asking Yuki shifts his attention from Noah and glances to his troops once again as he waits to hear Noah's answer to his question.

Looking at his guard, Yuki shifts his gaze between them for a moment before turning his gaze back ahead of them as he dwells on how he should go about doing the task at hand given his lack of abilities. As Noah begins to speak, Yuki glances down to the male for a brief moment before shifting his attention back ahead of them as he listens to Noah. It sounded as if Noah had not decided on how to deploy him and his troops, though Yuki was fine with that given they didn't know much about what is going on at there destination. When the question is asked of him, Yuki pauses in thought for a moment as he glances to his troops. He wished he could say he was as he use to be, however such a thing would be false, however the male was not above falsities. After taking a moment to look back at his troops, Yuki shifts his gaze to Noah as he begins to answer the male, " Aside from my troops, Ulfric here is capable of fighting and I have regained some of my former power.. The blood of my kin ensures that I am not as weak as humans and I have been training to use a blade once again. However I have yet to regain my knowledge in the real of magic... " Yuki says as he looks at Noah.
