approved only the MRS effect is passive. if you break a bind it's gonna have a stg 1 stamina drain (see stamina chart). b/c this has 2 lvl 1 effects, you'll have to have at least 50 SP to learn it. training reqs = + 750 (trained) + 1500 (honed) + 2250 (mastered) + 3000 (perfected) lemme know if any of this is greek to you. it's all on the tech page tho. | |

Name: Hero's Breakthrough (ERT, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Castiel physique gives the idea that this technique is damaging, when infact it isn't. He would arch his muscular arm back, and either swing at the air or punch at it in the direction of someone or something. This swing will create a force that will push the opponent back and not damage them. Effect: Creates a weak Push-back Force
Name: Heroic Breakthrough (ERT+, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: This technique is merely a variation of Castiel's Breakthrough Technique. He will position his arms out to his side, and spin creating a similar force as created in the breakthrough technique, but in this case in a 360 degree ( Around him ) This consist of one quick spin, in which he will stop back in the direction that he was facing at the initiation of the technique. Effect: Creates a weak Push-back Force around him
Name: Hero's Tension (DEF, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Castiel physique solely plays into this technique. Facing down an enemy or getting ready to take on an attack, Castiel will tense up, tightening the muscles hence increasing his physical defense. This often indicated by him bringing both of his arms to the front of him in an X-shaped formation. Effect: Nothing (Increases Defense on higher stages)
Name: Hero's Dodge Roll (DEX, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: A basic yet effective evasive technique in which Castiel will move in a direction away from an incoming attack and dive to get out of the way. At the end of the dive, upon coming in contact with the ground Castiel will motion his hands under and perform a roll. Effect: Nothing (Increases Movement on higher stages)
Name: Hero's Shield (JUG, Passive, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Castiel physical build has always been his main weapon in anything he do, but it has also been his main defense as well. With all the training he does and did in the past to develop such a figure, it has increased the mass of his muscles enabling him to withstand tougher attacks without having to slow down...almost like a juggernaut. With more training he continues on being able to take on stronger attacks. Effect: Can take on Lvl 1 dmg w/o actions being interrupted.
Name: Hero's Protection (QCK, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Despite Castiel's figure appearance, he is quite quick in reacting to attacks, though not in the nature like other individuals. Castiel is more of a defense personl, so most of his reactions often revolves around defending himself or others. Having trained hard in the art of defense, Castiel knows based on various attacks on what way to position his arms or body inorder to mount an all out defense even in the midst of other actions. Almost like a last minute full defense Effect: Nothing (Allows him to interrupt/cancel his own actions inorder to mount a full defense faster on higher stages)
Name: Hero's Smokescreen (VPC, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Castiel figure is one that can be hidden often behind objects given that was once apart of his training. The case isnt the same when there isn't any objects to hide behind. Lacking the magic capabilities to hide oneself, Castiel makes up for this by smashing into the ground causing a great deal of dust to come up even from cement grounds. This will create a cloud of smoke that will hinder the opponents vision and hide him or others in it. This tactic is often used to escape, or rescue others out of harms way. This can be used through the use of various items that produce various types of smokes, though even when used through an item it maintains it's cost and effect based on stage used. Effect: Nothing (Creates a smokescreen through hitting the ground or through Items that produces smoke on Higher stages)
Name: Hero's Endurance (SEI *KO*, Passive, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Most of his fighting has been close range, even though in the past he used firearms. It's because of this adjustment to close range and his physique that allows him to take on great hits that would normally knock out a person in a single hit. This resistance comes not only through his physical endurance, but his emotional drive to not get laid out by an opponent. Effect: Reduces "KO" % duration by 50%
Name: Hero's Strength (BD-, Stg1) Package: Defensive Desc: Castiel is will exert his full strength when caught in some sort of physical bind, shooting his arms out to the side or spreading his legs apart, forcing his limbs to move and potentially break the bind itself. Effect: Breaks Low Physical Binds

The quote itself has nothing to do with the tech, but displays his nature. Being an individual of light alignment, Castiel pushes himself to physically resist those of the dark nature. | Name: Hero's Adrenaline (SEI *Sleep*, Passive, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: Similar to his ability to keep fighting from attacks that would cause knock outs, Castiel gets into a state of mind in which he is solely concentrated on beating the enemy to a bloody pulp. While in this state when confronted, his adrenaline increases greatly which keeps him pumps and prevents him from going to sleep. Effect: Reduces "Sleep" % duration by 100%
Name: Hero's Nerves (SEI *Paralysis*, Passive, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: Constantly building up on his physical defenses, Castiel punished his body in various ways as to prevent him from being hindered in battle. Training quite a bit he pushes his body so techniques similar to the nature of binding techniques dont hinder him, even biologically. This is done partially by damaging some of the nerves, so when caught in such effects, he can push through it. Effect: Reduces "Paralysis" % duration by 100%
Name: Hero's Bite (SEI *Poison*, Passive, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: This is a very simple method learned once in the Sai City Police force and again now having been in the wilderness for so long. Upon getting poisoned, Castiel will use some kind of object to inflict a wound on the area or Near the area where the poison has entered, and after inflicting the wound, he would either suck it out and spit it out, or he will tighten his muscles and force the bloodflow to alter in certain areas, forcing all the poison out. Effect: Reduces "Poison" % duration by 100%
Name: Hero's Thrust (MRS *Earth*, Passive, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: This is a simple principle of physical tolerance. With a body figure such as his, he has been able to push himself to take a good punishment from physical attacks, or to be more precise attacks done from the Earth Element. When confronted with it, his body can just about take almost anything it dishes out. He dont sit there and take the attack though, as he will attack the element heads on to shatter it. Effect: Reduces Earth DMG 75%
Name: Hero's Current (MRS *Lightning*, Passive, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: The electrical resistance of Castiel's body depends on the condition of skin at the time of measurement. Castiel's skin is normally dry if not layered with dirt from Combat. An average human could have a resistance of only about 1100 Ohms, but with dry skin or in Castiel's case, dry and dirt layered skin along with his high tolerance, the amount is much higher at around 495,000 Ohms if not higher. Effect: Reduces Lightning DMG 75%
Name: Hero's Heat (MRS *Ice*, Passive, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: In a similar manner how Castiel increase his resistance from sleeping, he gets hyped and move around alot in which he generates body heat on a high level. This is indicated by sweat. With this developed body heat, Castiel's resistance to colder temperatures increases substantially. Effect: Reduces Ice DMG 75%
Name: Hero's Stealth (VCP, Stg3) Package: Defensive Desc: Once being in an advanced unit, Castiel knows the importants of keeping stealth during an op. Utilizing similar skills relearned in the wilderness hunting food, Castiel will motion down or move in a stealth like manner behind other objects to keep himself hidden from Enemies, though this is rendered useless in open fields. Effect: 50% visual presence cancellation

The power that lies dormant within him rises out in full throttle when the situation is dire or when he deem it is neccessary. His Physical capabilities increases greatly even though there is no actual change in his appearance, nor change in the environment that indicate this change. His reactions, speed, strength and even defenses increase. One could even think him as a "Super Soldier". When going through the transition, it's basically instant and unnoticed. Effects: - Hasten: Makes transformation instant. - No Change: Nothing changes. - No Change: Nothing changes.

| Resubmitting all My Techs and the upgraded version. It has a fixed set up along with the training and SP Requirement, that way it will be official once done. This is also to make sure that I have everything 100% down...almost like a final Test xD. (Will be the last time a large amount of techs will come through here. Sorry for the bother v_v)
