is that words needed or exp needed to upgrade or purchase?

thats the one im using for my free tech, so i can go ahead and add it to my profile, correct?

1 - double check the training board. that's the EXP needed to get to the next level. i.e. 750 to get it to trained. then another 1000 to get it to honed, etc
