Honestly there were certain things that he just couldn't stand, but whatever kind of situation he found himself in they just seemed to crawl back up from out of the wood works. Fucking junkies. Pennywise looked down at one of them lying on the street. He prodded him with his toe and his eyes thinned. Fucking hated every single one of them. They were wastes of lives, paracites on existance. God knows just what constituted for drugs nowadays though. He remembered hanging with the Yakuza back in the day and getting those crazy tattoos on his back. They sold crack and stuff like that. But if what Jay'de had said was true and the world had ended what sort of crazy ass meth were they cooking up now? He bent down and looked at the dishreveled face of the man before him. Yeah. Whatever it was. It was fucking strong.

He stood up and shook his head. Shit well if these people could get drugs then why couldn't he find one fucking packet of cigarettes around this place. It seemed that when the apocalypse came everyone just raided the ruins of convience stores and nabbed all the smokes. Fucking bastards. He was getting the shakes from going cold chicken.

Whatever, if he was going to clean this place up for Shiori. That meant taking out the trash. He flicked up his knife and grinned.

Busting yourself a drug net wasn't really what you'd consider the easiest thing to do. Yet Penny was an operative and needed to start acting like one even if it mean that he was going to have to ignore the primary goal at this moment (getting chicken). The particularly hard part about the busting bit involved the idea of actually catching these people and arresting them. Yeah right. Thats what cops did. He highly doubted there was any kind of law enforcement in the local area. Probably looking after ones self really came first before screwing about with the community. So. Penny decided it would probably just be a better solution if he went around killing all the junk heads. Chances are that at one point one of the drug dealers would probably notice their business taking a down turn in customers and try to find out the reason why.

This is when he was going to strike.

One actually came out looking for his missing customers. Penny had been thus far just kind of stabbing them whilst they were totally stoned off their rocker and dragging them off into the next pile of scum and rubbish and burrying them under that. Decent way to get rid of what you didnt want, rats and ravens would take care of the rest. Still Penny had to admit he was curious as to just whatever this drug was that these guys were peddling. Was it the remains of the Yakuza's stash? Perhaps. Or was it some kind of new drug? Penny watched from the shaodws as the dealer entered into what he assumed was the usual spot. Thankfully the dealer had his back turned to him. In this semi powerless state he couldn't really afford to take much chances as far as head on conflict went.

Pennywise grasped the man by the back of the shoulder and then twisted his body. His own back would act as a sort of ledge as he pulled. Tossing the drug dealer over. His next move after recovery involved stomping down on the mans chest. then onto his throat. The throat that was always a sensative area. Admittedly this was good practice. He'd been able to figure out the basics of his martial arts but still needed to perform some....combat testing. And this was the perfect oppertunity to do so. It had felt so good SO right, so natural just to fold into those techniques again. But he still had a few flaws to pick out in them. Still on the way to perfection. Penny bent down as the man ( now currently grasping his throat for air after the swift stomp) flopped around like a fish out of water.

He began to rummage through his pockets when he found the bag holding the drugs. Inside there they were. Small circular disks each imprinted with a...- oh dear god. There was a photograph inside the bag, seemingly of the place the drugs were manufactured. Penny dropped it down and began walking away, they were back. His nemesis.
