@ trauma - add that if effective it may cause bleeding. since that's not a site supported effect, the user can decide if he wants to start bleeding from the eyes and ears. if it dun cause any dmg there's no need for the effect (i.e. if someone has resistance) to it, so there's no need to add a static custom effect like bleeding as a definite thing.

@ probe - this is worded weird, but a BND will prolly be needed if you're trying to read someone's mind against their will. Not sure if that's what this is for. If not, then this is fine.
