since i reduced the cost of packages it's kinda no point to having someone have to have the earth package to learn this if they don't actually learn the earth package, etc.
but this points out something great, thx

٠ If a package requires another package, the highest SYL you can get in the package with the requirement is based on the highest level of SYL you have in the required package.
