| Lord Of Madness Description: Pennywise is part of the group of Onikonjou known as te Lords of Madness. These Onikonjou as as their title puts it are. Quite insane. However unlike your regular mad creature. They are some how able to control their madness, tapping into the darkest reaches of the mind, and finding power. " Urgh you got me!...lolnotreally" Description: They say sanity is a fragile thing, and around madness so is reality. If Pennywise incurs an injury, he can undo its effects on his body by simply refusing to believe that it happened. And reality, not really wanting to argue. Will fold. Undoing the damage done. Of course, there are limits to just how much he's able to undo in one moment. Sometimes reality argues back. But thats not a problem. He can debate better than reality can. When this happens. Tell the dirt I said hi! Description: A varient of the Judo move tiatoshi, Penny grasps the opponent by the elbow and collar( or shoulder if clothing is lacking). Moves his body to the side, stretching out his leg and throwing/tripping his opponent into the ground. Primarily used as a counter. The technique requires quick whip like movement in its successful attempts. Oh Snap! Description: Theres a saying among martial artists. Never offer a Judo player a straight arm. Never is this so true. In close combat Penny is capable of taking a straight arm and snapping it out of place. Dislocating the arm effectively rendering it useless unless the person can push it back into place. This can be done as an attack however is generally used as a counter. Note that whilst a straight arm is prefered without having to do it himself. Penny is more than capable of wrenching an arm into straightness. Mostly done during his counters. Putting him in the perfect position for this. Whilst dislocated. The arm iss rendered useless . Penny's strength dislodges the arm in question, so a strength equal or greater to the force pulling it out. Is needed to push it back in. Till then the arm remains bound.

When in this position Penny either sweeps the opponent to the ground and rips the arm up their back, with a foot plant to stablise the hold. Or when standing, twists the arm and forces his opponent against another solid surface using his body to stablise the bind. Smooth Operator Description: Prior to the Dawn Penny recieved training at the Kyro Corporation as a bodyguard. Whilst security was technically the primary role. All corportations have their dark sides. Wiseman as they knew him, was also trained to be an internal operative, promoting the efforts of his employer be it by defense. Or corportate sabotague. This training continues to serve him well in the more shady aspects of the after dawn world. Allowing him to move stealthily in shadows and out. Blending into a crowd, hiding in plain sight or in the darkness. He's much harder to spot than your regular joe. Devilspeed(Short Range) Description: A technique developed by Penny whilst fighting alongside Shiori. Having experienced the high speed technique known as Godspeed. "Wiseman" developed its demonic counterpart. Devilspeed. At short range Devilspeed is a teleportation technique that looks very similar to Godspeed, only in that it leaves a wisp of shadow behind after the user disappears.
