-Sub Section: Since there are 4 subsections in a section...2.5/4 =0.63miles (0.625 to be exact) Full Section: 2.5 miles

- Buy/have the package its based on, get the tags, make the technique. Get it approved

-Use the barter skill, do the roll, success/fudge up. Pay the required cost.
10) What’s the difference between Pre Dawn and Post Dawn characters?
Memories and knowledge. Predawn chars will be aware of technology, written word of the old world. Post dawn characters won't start out with this, but on the converse side will have knowledge of things after the dawn.
