It was an easy thing to patrol around Mare Maris and a bit boring, but every captain had his job and Kitsume was put on this rotation while Belmont was having his jollies doing paper work. Perhaps she could offer to do the paperwork for him. It might be a nice thing for her to do. She had all but given up on trying to break the ice surrounding him. Almost, but not quite. She was on a campaign of indifference after showing him so much attention. If this didn't work, she would move onto plan C. Storming the castle. Although skipping plan B might be preferable. The Man could not be that cold as to not feel anything. The question remained was she doing this for a conquest or was it something deeper now? It was hard to tell, but her little mind just accepted that she was targeted on him and tried to come up with new ways to get a rise out of the man.
Kitsume was on foot today as she and her five men, patrolled the city walls and streets. On a planned course. They walked in formation and kept their eyes and ears open for anything out of the ordinary.
