Now Jack had never really had much use for the things that concerned humans. He after all had never really been as feeble as them. But his latest brush with death had given him a new sense of mortality. Particularly concerning his previous defeats at the hand of Iskra. Now previously he had relied on the dense power of barrier magic or shielding to beat back the power of opponents attacks and in some sense this was actually still true. But that first off took time from him to actual make the magic spell work and it would have been infinitely easier if he simply had the armour on prior to the battle going ahead. So Jack’s little jaunt today up in the human world was to find himself some armour that would be suitable for himself. Now he didn’t want to go shopping in a palce that would shun demons as whilst he could easily pass using his mirrored eyes, it was annoying and particularly draining for him to do so. Thus Jack decided to go shopping in a palce where Demons were quite prevalent.
The so called dark kingdom that was right outside the gates of hell. Aftering finding the base o’ operations from these demons he was treated with rather suspicious glances at first by some of the locals. But after ti was made clear that he was here to shop the majority of Merchants seemed to flock around him ready to sell.
So with that in mind he had a good look around and determined that it was probably a good idea to get himself something that would offer the greatest amount of protection but at the same time something that wouldn’t hinder his attack movements. Also there was the idea of whether or not it would shift in proportion to his size change during transformation. After much discussion around certain merchants he found himself a nice set of heavy armour, black iron crafted within hell and hardened by the dark fires within. And so began the bartering process. Jack tried to talk the merchant into a good price for the set...
