Barracks Construction

Slowly the half-breed shifts his gaze as he takes in the number of houses that populate what has become the resadentail distrct, he had set out to make an adequate amount of housing for the people of Theden and now with such a task well on its way Yuki felt that he could set out to accomplish another task that needs to be addressed, the matter of his rather paltry fighting force he had to protect the village and fight battles with. It was this idea that drove the half-breed to come up with an idea for a building that would house troops and aid in the trianing of troops to increase his fighting force. Unfortunatly the half-breed wasn't to sure of how such a structure should look so he decided to keep the design simple and make it so it would be capable of housing a number of troops. With his plans drawn up and the idea in mind, Yuki sent out the word for his builders to gather in a part of his territory that didn't have any other type of development happening in it. Having drawn upon something his sensei had said before Yuki wasn't sure about having such a structure in the main part of the village cluttering it up with soldiers and the like. When he sent word for his workers he also had the workers Jyn has been letting him use gather as well, having them all come together and aid him with this new project.

EXP: 266

Coming to the area with all the workers, Yuki glances around for a moment before he turns his attention to the workers that would be helping with the barracks. " Today we shall be building a new building for the village, however it isn't going to be another house. We are going to build a barracks for Theden's troops and so we can train more so we can protect our selves and Theden from threats. " Yuki says as he takes the plans for the barracks and begins to show them to the group of workers. The group of workers listen to Yuki and when he shows the plans they take a moment to look at them. After telling the workers what they will be doing and showing them the plans, Yuki gives the order for the workers to get to work. With the order from Yuki the group of workers split into groups and some go to gather the raw materials they will need while others begin to set out the area where the barracks will be built. While the workers begin to get to work on the new project, Yuki begins to do his own part to help with the build preparations. Taking his sword from his back Yuki stabs it into the ground before he pulls his coat off and sets it down with his sword as well.

EXP: 236

After removing his coat and sword the half-breed begins to gather magical energy before he starts to focus and shift it from magical energy into physical matter and create materials that will be needed for the construction of the barracks. As he calls upon his dark magic to aid him in crafting the materials that will be needed, Yuki sets them out for the workers so that construction on the barracks can begin. One group of the workers begins to take the materials that Yuki is creating and use them to set out the basic design of the barracks and start to build the frame of the structure. After taking some time to craft more materials for the barracks Yuki decides to stop as the other workers begin to come back with the rest of the materials. Now that the had all the materials they needed Yuki begins to help with the construction of the barracks. The workers that had come back with materials begin to get to work as well with the construction of the barracks. Drawing upon his enhanced strength Yuki helps with the larger pieces of the barracks that would take multiple workers to lift or move and as he helps with the construction he also makes sure to over see and supervise the construction.

EXP: 241

After taking some time to help with the building of the barracks Yuki decides to take a brief moment and step back to see the over all structure of the barracks and how it is coming along. Pulling away from the barracks Yuki leaves the workers to continue as he slowly begins to raise into the air and shift, flying around the barracks slowly as he looks down at the building. Given this was his first he wasn't to sure of how it should be though he figured it would do and get the job it is meant to do done. " Hmmm.. " Yuki murmurs lightly to himself as he continues to shift through the air, watching the workers as they continue to work on the barracks. After a few moments of looking down at the barracks Yuki shifts his attention as he pulls the plans he had drawn up out of his pocket. Looking at the plans Yuki shifts his gaze over them once before lifting his attention back to the barracks and shifts his gaze over it for a moment before giving a faint nod, " I think it will do. " He murmurs lightly to himself with another nod before he begins to descend back down. Making his way back to the earth Yuki moves back to help with finishing the barracks. Nearing the completion of the barracks, Yuki helps the workers get the roof onto the building before the barracks is finally completed and as they finish Yuki takes another looking at the structure before giving a nod as he looks to the workers, " Good, this will help Theden greatly. I thank you all. " Yuki says before dismissing the workers.


EXP: 302

With the first barracks completed Yuki decided to have another built knowing that a single barracks wasn't going to be enough to give him a strong fighting force to both defend Theden and provide fighters for him to go out and do buisness when he needed too. It was with this in mind that Yuki mustered his work force once again in order to raise another barracks for Theden's military force. With his work force all together and back in the area where they had made the first barracks Yuki sets things into motion for the creation of the next barracks. As they are given assignments the workers begin to break up into groups to take care of there tasks. Along with the workers Yuki begins to focus his magic and create building materials for the barracks. This time Yuki had made sure that the group had materials on hand so they could begin to build the barracks right away while he creates more raw materials for them. With materials on hand the groups of workers begin to plot out the barracks, building it right next to the first one they had made before. First the workers begin to lay out the barracks and where it will be while another group work on starting to build the walls of the barracks. While using his magic to create more building materials Yuki watches the workers as they begin to get to work on constructing the barracks.

EXP: 269

As Yuki crafts more building materials some of the workers take the materials he is making and set them out in different stacks to be used while others continue to work on the barracks with the materials they have. Some of the workers begin to build the skeleton of the barracks, the frame that will hold the other pieces up once it is fully constructed. While working Yuki shifts his gaze, glancing between the task he is preforming and the group of workers as they work on constructing the barracks. Looking to the workers building the barracks Yuki makes sure they are not deviating from there tasks and the way the barracks is to be built. After taking a moment to make sure that things are going well with the construction Yuki turns his attention back to what he is doing for a moment before he glances to the group of materials they have. Looking to the group of materials they have Yuki makes sure that they have enough, or at least he hopes they have enough, before he decides to finish what he is doing and join the workers constructing the barracks. Finishing up with what he is doing Yuki sets aside what he finished making before he steps forwards and takes a moment to circle the barracks to make sure everything is going fine.

EXP: 249 / 518

After taking a moment to make sure everything is going on track with the construction Yuki steps forwards and begins to join the workers with the construction of the barracks. Taking some of the materials Yuki begins to help the workers construct some of the wall of the barracks. Along with some of the workers Yuki helps construct a bit of the wall before helping get it up onto the skeleton of the barracks before he continues on, shifting to help with another part of the barracks. With Yuki's aid the workers continue to work on the barracks, working on getting the outer wall of the barracks up and attached to the frame so that it will have walls. As they get the last of the outer walls up, Yuki takes a moment to move around the barracks once again to make sure it is alright before he moves onto getting the roof up on the barracks. Moving onto the roof now, the workers begin to construct parts of the roof to be put atop the barracks. As the workers start to construct parts of the roof, Yuki begins to help them as well, first with building some of the pieces before he shifts and begins to fly up to the roof and attach them to the frame of the barracks.

EXP: 234 / 752

With the walls of the barracks built and up, the construction shifts completely to the roof of the barracks. As construction shifts to the roof some of the workers begin to work on roof segments while others work on lifting them up to the roof so other workers can work on attaching the roof segments to the roof. Helping the workers, Yuki draws upon his ability to fly to help move segments of roof up onto the top of the barracks so that they can be attached to finish off the top of the barracks and complete the barracks. The workers continue to work on getting the roof put together and attached to the top of the barracks with the aid of Yuki. While the workers continue to work on the roof Yuki takes a moment to raise into the air and look at the barracks and the roof before he moves back to helping the workers with the roof. Moving back to the roof Yuki gets back to work with the workers, attaching the last few bits of roofing to the top of the barracks to finish it off. As the construction of the barracks draws to a close Yuki takes a moment to look at it again before thanking the workers that helped him construct it and dismiss them so they can go about there business. As the workers leave Yuki looks at the barracks for a few moments longer before heading to take care of other matters.


EXP: 262 / 1,014

Though he had a barracks and was training new troops for his army, the half-breed didn't think he had enough and wished to build another barracks to increase the number of troops he can train and house. This was something the half-breed wanted given how he had grown up and how he intended to run the military side of Theden. Having spent a deal of his life as a mercenary doing the dirty work of others, Yuki wished to employ some of the same ideas with his army, he would offer his services as a military power to those who needed and he choose to work for to not only insure that his army remains trained and ready but also to provide earnings on the side to help in the long run. It was with the desire to build a second barracks that brought the half-breed to what had become the Military District, though it was not connected to the city direction, having been built a little bit away from the city so it wouldn't clutter things up and cause any problems with the people in Theden and newcomers to the village. Though he sought to build another barracks Yuki had drawn up a different set of plans for this barracks in the hope that it would work better then the previous one that had been constructed. Having already brought his builders to the area and some extra building supplies he had been saving up, Yuki takes a moment to show them the plans for the barracks and go over its construction for a brief moment before he gets to work with the builders. As the builders get to work Yuki starts to help them as they begin to lay out the floor for the barracks to set out the area it will cover. Once the floor had been put down Yuki and the builders move on to getting the outer walls of the barracks set up. Moving onto the walks, Yuki begins to help the builders get each wall segment up to get the outer all of the barracks up and in place. Taking a moment away from the build, Yuki draws upon his magic to create some of the things they will need to finish the build. While Yuki works on creating some materials for the barracks, the builders continue working on the walls to finish them up. Finishing up with the material crafting Yuki moves to help the builders finish up the last bit of wall before moving on to the roof of the barracks. Moving onto the roof of the barracks, Yuki begins to fly things up to build the frame of the roof before helping builders get onto the roof so they could begin the rest of the roof. After helping some of the builders onto the roof Yuki begins to help with the roof construction once again. Once the roof is finished Yuki pulls back into the air and shifts around the barracks to get a look at it before giving a faint nod to the builders now that the barracks had been finished.

Though he had added a second barracks, the half-breed wasn't sure if that would be enough in the end, though he didn't know when he would have enough. Having gathered his builders and some of the materials that will be needed to make another barracks, Yuki brought the to the Military District so construction could begin. After having built the previous barracks Yuki decided to keep the design the same now tat he had changed it once already. With the same design as the previous one, Yuki has his builders get to work on setting out the area for the barracks before they begin to work on the floor of the barracks. As the builders begin to work on getting the floor of the barracks set up, Yuki takes some time to begin crafting the extra materials they will need for the barracks. Drawing upon his dark magic Yuki starts to craft the extra materials that will be needed from magical energy, using it to create physical material. As Yuki works on crafting the rest of the materials they will need, the builders continue with the barracks, finishing up setting the floor out before they move on to working on getting the walls up. Taking more of the stone they had the workers begin to build the walls of the barracks piece by pierce. After a few more brief moments Yuki finishes, deciding he had crafted enough so they could finish off the barracks he begins to help the builders as they work on the walls. Moving over to the builders, Yuki begins to help as they work on building the walls of the barracks. Working along side the builders, Yuki continues to help them as they work on getting the outer walls of the barracks up and in place. As the last bit of the walls of the barracks are finished, Yuki takes a brief moment to inspect how things are going at the moment with the barracks construction. While Yuki takes a moment to look at the barracks the builders continue to work, moving on to the next part of the barracks. After finishing looking at the barracks, Yuki begins to help the builders now that they had started to work on the roof of the barracks. As he did before, Yuki uses his enhanced strength and ability to fly as he helps construct the roof of the barracks. As there leader helps then with the roof of the barracks, the builders continue to work on it as well with his help to get pieces up and in place. After a bit longer of working Yuki pulls back and flys around the barracks for a moment to make sure that it is finished. Seeing that the barracks is finished, Yuki dismisses his builders.

In the military district with his builders, Yuki slowly moves around the barracks as he visualize where the next one will be set up at to accommodate and help train more troops for his growing army. As he visualized where the barracks would go the builders he had brought with him work on setting the materials they will need out. After taking a moment to look at the spot he wanted the barracks to be built, Yuki gives a faint nod as he pulls off his coat and tosses it aside, " Alright, lets get to work. " he says as he looks to the builders. The builders look to there leader and each gives a nod and conformation before they begin to get to work. Getting to work as they are instructed the builders begin to section off the area where the barracks will be built before they begin to process of prepping the area before beginning to build the floor. As the builders begin to get to work Yuki watches them for a moment before he turns his attention away from them and to the stacks of materials they had brought. Though they had brought a great deal of the materials for the barracks they had not brought all of the materials needed, no it was up to there leader to supply the rest of the materials they would need for the barracks. While the builders work on getting the floor of the barracks set up, Yuki begins to concentrate as he focuses to gather magical energies and use them to create the rest of the materials they would need, turning magical energy into physical materials. While the builders work Yuki takes a little time to finish getting the materials they will need for the barracks using his magic and one he has finished he moves right along to helping the builders. Moving to help the builders, Yuki begins to help as they move onto putting the walls of the barracks up. The builders continue work as there leader starts to help them as they move on to constructing the walls of the barracks one they had finished the floor of the barracks. Yuki helps the builders finish constructing the walls of the barracks before moving onto the roof of the barracks to finish the barracks off. Moving onto the roof the builders set ladders up and begin to take materials up as they start to construct the roof of the barracks. Having finished helping with the walls, Yuki moves right along with the builders as they move onto constructing the roof of the barracks. As some builders work on constructing the roof others work on handing up materials to the builders that are building, making sure they have what they need. Yuki helps his builders as they finish off the build with the roof of the barracks and once the barracks is finished he gives it a once over before dismissing the builders.
