Sitting on a log, Hunter slowly pushes the blade of his knife down the shaft of a stick carving more of the wood from the shaft and letting the shaved wood fall to the ground. " That should do. " He murmurs softly with a faint nod as he finishes shaving a bit more off the piece of wood before bringing up to inspect it. After taking a moment to inspect the stick he nods his head faintly as he sets it aside with a few others. Setting the stick aside with the others he shifts his gaze over the few he had, " That sound be enough practice arrows for now. " He says with another nod as he slips the knife back into its sheath before he turns his attention to the dead tree stump he used for target practice. Turning his gaze from the stump he glances at the distance between him and the stump before he grabs the practice arrows he had just made and slowly raises to his feet to stand on the log. As he stands he slips the glorified sharpened sticks into his quiver as he shifts on the log to help keep his balance.

After taking a moment to get his footing so he wouldn't fall Hunter brings his bow up in front of him before he reaches back to his quiver and takes hold of one of the sharprened sticks in his quiver and pulls it free from the quiver and brings it around and knocks it on the bow string. Once he had the arrow on the bow string he begins to draw it back as he raises the bow up, holding it side ways so the two ends of the bow extend out from both sides of his hand. Holding the bow up, Hunter took aim at the tree stump he had been using for a target. Gazing down the arrow and bow towards the tree stump, Hunter takes a moment to line up his target before he releases his grasp on the bow string and arrow. As the string is released it begins to pull forwards, pulled by the bow, and as it moves forwards it pushes the arrow and launches it into the air. The arrow flys through the air now that it is launched from the bow and as it comes to the tree stump it is embedded into the tree stump a bit from the force behind it.
