Enjoying My Days

Laying amidst the grass Yuki slowly shifts his gaze across the sky, scanning over the white puffy clouds that cover some of the blue background behind them. Yuki finally fixes his gaze upon one of the clouds above him in the sky and watches it as it starts to move across the sky. As he watches the cloud he slowly draws in a deep breath and holds it for a moment before he releases it in the form of a drawn out sign. As his sign comes to an end Yuki allows his eye lids to slide down over his eyes as he shuts them, his world shifting from the vibrant light field world to that of the dark abyss. As he remains in the dark abyss Yuki begins to listen to the sounds around him, listening to the wind as it blows across the grass that he lay in as well as the sounds of animal life around him. Though at first he chooses to remain silent and listen to the sounds around him, after a few moments he begins to hum softly to himself which begins to mix with the sounds around him. After a few moments of relaxation in the grass while humming to himself, Yuki finally begins to open his eyes, fleeing from the dark abyss and back into the light of day. As he opens his eyes he is first assaulted by the bright day's light though after a few brief seconds his eyes begin to adjust to the light around him until finally it no longer bothers him.

Again Yuki fixes his gaze upon the sky, watching it for a brief moment before he shifts it away, glancing from side to side as he falls silent. With a soft grown Yuki slowly begins to shift, raising from the ground he sits up in the grass and glances around once again. " Hmmm.. " Yuki murmurs to himself as he sets his gaze upon the trees of the forest. While sitting in the grass, Yuki shifts his hand and produces a chain from the end of his sleeve. As the links of cool metal slide from his sleeve Yuki shifts his gaze down and watches as the few links slide to the ground under his sleeve. While looking down at the chain, Yuki slowly shifts his gaze across a few of the links of chain on the ground before turning his gaze from them as he tightens his grip on the chain. As he gazes towards the trees once again Yuki begins to raise from the ground. Climbing to his feet, Yuki tilts his head to the side, popping his neck. Once he had popped his neck Yuki pushes his shoulders back as he stretches some of his back muscles.

After a moment of stretching, Yuki begins to let his muscles relax as he lets his arms rest at his side, the chain that sprouts from his sleeve slowly extending its way down until it finally makes contact with the ground. As he hears the end of the chain make contact with the ground, Yuki glances down at it for a moment before lifting his gaze, looking back to the trees as he lifts his arm, raising the end of the chain from the ground and into the air. As he lifts his arm, Yuki slings it out to the side, launching the chain violently through the air out to his side. With his arm out to his side, Yuki begins to spin his wrist and hand causing the chain to begin to spin around in the air beside him. As he spins the chain, Yuki begins to move his arm, shifting it into the air above him, chain still spinning around as he moves his wrist. Yuki moves the spinning chain into the air above his head and sins it there before he brings to bring it back down to his side before lashing out, launching the end of the chain at the ground in front of him.

As he launches the chain at the ground, Yuki watches as the metal links of the chain strike the ground and embed themselves into the soil. Yuki lets the end of the chain remain in the soil for a moment before he tugs back on the chain, pulling the end from the ground. As the end comes free from the soul it falls to the ground. Yuki looks down at the length of chain for a moment before he lifts his gaze, turning his attention back to the forest. With his gaze set upon the forest, Yuki tilts his head to the side and flicks his arm quickly. As Yuki flicks his arm the chain that rest upon the ground quickly raises into the air before it comes crashing back to the ground with a loud thud as it smashes into the soil. Turning his gaze from the forest, Yuki looks to the chain on the ground and begins to pull it up from the ground, coiling it back around his arm, hidden under his sleeve. Once he has his chain coiled around his arm and hidden he glances around for a moment before he begins to move forwards though the grass.

Again Yuki begins to hum softly to himself as he starts to move forwards, slowly shifting his gaze to scan the area before him. Yuki shifts his gaze to the trees in front of him as he moves through the grass moving closer to the forest as he falls silent once again listening to the sounds around him. Coming upon the line between the grass and the trees, Yuki stops for a brief moment, tilting his head up he sniffs at the air some. Yuki sniffs at the air a moment longer before he lowers his head and steps forwards, moving into the forest. Stepping into the forest he is met by the shade from the trees which offer a reprieve from the heat of the sun. Yuki begins to push his way forwards, moving deeper into the woods as he begins to shift his head, slowly scanning the area before him once again. As he moves through the forest Yuki flicks his wrist and allows a length of chain to slide from his sleeve before he grasps it to prevent it from falling out completely. With the length of chain hanging below his arm Yuki begins to swing his arm to make the chain swing as well.

Slowly he rocks his arm back and forth to build up a slow and steady rhythm of the chain swaying back and forth through the air. With the chain swaying through the air Yuki continues moving forwards as he shifts his gaze until it falls upon a fallen tree jutting out from the ground, sticking into the air. With his gaze on the log Yuki lets his arm fall lax at his side along with the chain. Making his way up to the fallen tree, Yuki pauses for a moment before he begins to carefully walk up the fallen tree. Making his way up the fallen tree, Yuki comes to a stop at the end of the tree and glances down at the ground below him before lifting his gaze. Though he had ascended a few feet into the air Yuki still remain under the shade of the forest canopy. Elevated above the forest floor, Yuki glances around for a moment before he turns his attention to the forest floor below him. Looking at the forest floor, Yuki lets out a soft sigh as he murmurs to himself. " What to do? " He asks himself as he looks down at the forest floor. Yuki begins to turn the question over in his head as he thinks on it and what he could do with his time. As he tries to come up with something to do with his time at the moment a soft breeze blows through the forest, rustling the leaves as well as the chain that hangs from Yuki's arm as it softly pushes against his form. Upon hearing the sound of the chain, Yuki shifts his attention to the metal links. Yuki stares at the metal links for a moment before finally giving a faint nod as he tightens his grip on the change, " Alright, train it is. "

With training now coming to mind, Yuki's lips slowly curled back into a soft grin as he tightened his grip on the links of chain he held in his hand. Gripping the chain in his hand, Yuki slings his arm back behind him, ripping the chain from its relaxed position at rest below his arm. After slinging back with the chain Yuki flicks his arm out to the side and begins to spin the chain around in the air. Yuki continues spinning the chain around in the air beside himself before he begins to shift his arm and bring it around in front of him. Yuki spins the chain around in the air in front of him for a few revolutions before he slowly lifts his arm into the air and begins to spin the chain around in the air above his head. Yuki spins the chain around in the air above his head for a few more moments before he comes down with it, slamming the links of the chain into the end of the tree in front of him. As the length of chain smashes into the end of the tree it rips into the dead wood, smashing dead bark on the outside of the tree. Pulling back on the chain, Yuki pulls it out of the dead tree as he begins to raise into the air. As he lifts into the air Yuki moves away from the dead tree before landing on the ground. Standing on the ground, Yuki lets the end of his chain fall to the ground as he shifts his gaze, scanning the area before him.

Yuki fixes his gaze upon a tree in front of him as he begins to spin the chain around beside him once again. Spinning the chain Yuki works on spinning the chain faster through the air as he looks at the tree. After a few revolutions with the chain, Yuki shifts his arm and wrist, flicking his wrist to cause the chain to fly through the air. As he sends the chain forth he loosens his grip on the metal links, allowing the chain to slide through his hand. Yuki watches as the end of the chain smashes into the tree a few yards away in front of him. As the end of the chain strikes the tree, Yuki quickly yanks back, forcing the chain to jerk away from the tree. Before the chain can pull back fully, Yuki flicks his arm, sending the chain at the tree once again. Again the chain strikes the tree, smashing into the bark covering the tree. Again Yuki pulls back with his arm, casing the chain to jerk from the tree and fly through the air away from the tree. Yuki continues striking the tree with the end of the chain, slowly working on building into a rhythm of striking the tree with his chain. As he continues Yuki watches as pieces and chunks of bark get knocked from the tree as he continues assaulting it with his chain. Yuki continues striking at the tree for a few more moments before striking it one last time and letting the extended portion of his chain fall to the ground.

Drawing in a deep breath, Yuki glances down at his chain for a moment before turning his attention back to the tree in front of him. Looking at the tree he shifts his gaze over the areas he had knocked bark from the tree with his strikes. He keeps his gaze on the tree for a few moments before he shifts it to his chain on the ground. As he looks at the chain he begins to pull it towards him self, coiling it around his arm as he pulls it closer to him until he has it completely coiled around his forearm. With the chain coiled around his forearm, Yuki glances around for a moment before letting out a sign. Falling silent again, Yuki begins to move deeper into the forest, shifting his gaze from side to side as he makes his way past the tree he had just practiced on, his journey continuing once again.
