FF6 reference. Interesting. Right well only thing I can see wrong with this is that theres nothing that details just where that extra +1 of PHS Damage is coming from. Is it a striking attack where she unleashes the magic at close range? Or is she firing out some sort of energy blade? Thus far all I can see is that the action to reflect is a swing, it doesn't actually detail where the attack damage is coming in. I'd mod the wording to something like

Striking Attack:
Absorbs an incoming magic attack, then during a strike unleashes it to cause additional damage

Ranged Energy Blade;
Absorbs incoming magic attack and then unleashes it with a swing in the form of a blade of energy

If you mod the wording, I'll give it my 1/2 vote

Jake you're not seeing the way the tech works. It is a parrying/counterattack tech. The phs damage is used to over power the magic before reflecting it back not add more dmg. Think of it as being a shield but using str rather then int if that makes it easier. The reflect is still range the melee dmg is still in melee so the only way someone would take both would be if I was in melee range and then some how they got a spell off before getting hit and I some how had time to use the tech to parry a point blank magic attack.

ie. The +4 blade attack overpowers the +3 fireball and the magic energy is adsorbed and then reflect back onto the caster. I take no dmg but my weapon losses den.

In that case Rek, it seems like a big waste of weapon durability simply for the purposes of parrying. If its to be used as a parry attack, I suggest removing damage all together and instead making the delay from the bladed package if you need something from the bladed side of things. One doesn't have to overpower magic to use reflect. However you do need SHLD or MRS to reflect a magic attack. Also. Tech clash mechanic might actually end up negating the magic damage before its even reflected in the first place.

Rekoa: I too suggest removing damage. Instead of DMG, you'll want to use FOR (since the energy blade is technically a projectile). The wording would need to be adjusted as well so that you don't waste weapon density.
Furthermore, please notice the reflect rule/note: SHLD or MRS (needed to reflect at nullified or reduced DMG)

So to do what you seem to want, you would need to have Support: SHLD 1 + RFL 4 + DLY 2 as well as Bladed: FOR 1 or ERT(+) in order to launch the reflect back as an energy strike from your sword. Now a cheaper alternative would be to make it this way...

Option 2: Support: SHLD 1 + RFL 4 + DLY 1 | Bladed: DLY 1

So effectively what would happen is...

Support magic is infused into your blade (the shield and reflect) which explains why ur blade wouldn't need to lose density, it takes Fireball 3 and holds it (DLY) before you release it back a moment later from the blade (DLY) in conjunction with another power. Option 1 makes it a n energy blade attack from one move. Option 2 allows you to combo the attack with another power that you already have (that also has DMG or something extra attached to it).

So there's a couple of options for you.
