The journey across the meadows of the coastal area was an easy one with the nice cool sea breeze and the clear sky. Catching a ride with a passing merchant, mostly trying to get rid of the creepy guy that is still stalking me, that was heading the same way made things a lot easier. The stone road made it a smooth ride for in the animal drawn cart. Only hitting a few pot holes every now and then. Travelling the desert was a lot harsh then this. Carts got stuck in the sand rather easy in some place and you always had to keep an eye out for bandits and sand storms that would come out of nowhere in just a matter of minutes. The desert heat was just something else on its own. If one didn't know how to travel it the desert was sure to rob of more than just their wares. I spend my tip to the next village in the back of the merchants cart as he tells me stories about his younger days as an adventurer. He even claimed to know Hiliger the great. I wasn't sure about believing the old merchant but I just sit there and nod going "Oh really?" from time to time as he tells me about the things he has don and seen. Pulling into the next village I hop off the back and think the merchant for the ride he had given me. Standing in the street I look around at the place to make sure I was at the right village.

Katsui had been following her for the past couple of days as much as he regretted it. He had given his word too the girl that he would be her servant until they reached the next village, when she would answer his question in a non-invasive way. He would be in the back of the cart with Eri going over his staff too make sure there were no defects in it before turning his attention too the girl. She had hopped out, and he would follow her lead. Katsui would rest the butt of his staff on the ground before turning his attention too the silver haired girl. "Is this the place you need to be?" He asked her.

I turn to look back over my shoulder at the sound of the guy that has been a thorn in myself since the last village. He is like the dog that just won't leave you alone no matter what you do it. It really makes doing things a little hard when someone is following you around like that. I wasn't sure why he thinks I need to be here. Maybe I forgot to tell him that I'm a traveler and if he was going to keep following me till I got to where I'm going. Then he was going to be on the road for while. turning my attention back to the village around me. "If I can get food and water here then I guess it is the place I need to me." The heels of my boots click as I begin to walk down the street. "It'll be nice if I can get another ride to the next village too. That'll make things a lot easier then walking." I did have a deal with man to tell him when I got into the last village if he stayed as my servant till we got here, but I didn't feel as if he had kept up with his end of the contract so I don't feel the need to hold up my own. "Maybe I will find a place to stay and hang around here for a little while." My eyes glance around at the buildings that make up the village.

Katsui had been hoping for her too answer his question, but she still refused too. His left eye almost twitched at that, but he was still going to persist until he got that damn answer. He would take off his tri-corn hat and run a hand through his brown hair. Katsui cast his eyes around the village. It was bigger in comparable size than too the last one, and that probably meant there was an official presence of the monarchy here. He could use that potentially too pressure the girl into answering such a simple question. A deep breath was taken as he placed his hat back on top of his head and followed the girl down the street.

The form of my body starts to move do the quit village street. The golden eyes glance over my shoulder to see him following me again. I really didn't know what his deal was but his being is start to wear thin on me. "Don't you have better things to do then to stock woman? It is starting to get creepy. Girls don't like creepy guys." Turning back to look ahead of me I keep talking so he can't. "You should go back to your family or something. Oh I know go fishing. I hear it is really relaxing to fish and you near the cost. So go buy you a boat and sail the open sea! Go get that big catch! Come to think of it some sea food sound rather tasty. I wonder how many stones I have left." I ding around the pouch that is strapped to my leg to pull a smaller one out form it. Opening it up to look inside, I nod to myself and my thoughts of finding a place to stay circle back around. "I wonder if there is a nice tavern that I can stay at here..." Looking around till I sight a two story building with a sign hanging over the door. It seems that I have found what I was looking for after all. Hope they have a bath.

Katsui stopped once she turned on him and began to try and shoo him away. He cocked his head since seemed she had no intention of honoring the bargain they had struck. "Fine." He simply said as he turned in the opposite direction and left her. Katsui would just have to try and find another lead in this village as slim as it was. He would probably just have to chalk it up as a loss for him.

Hearing the worlds "Fine" coming from him. I glance back again to see him walking the other way. Finally that guy is going to leave me alone to it looks like. He really wasn't good as taking a hint that I didn't like him following me around being useless and just over all annoying me. I don't normal mind traveling with others as it makes things a lot easier and well I like to have someone to talk too. Just not that type of person. Something about him was really rubbing me the wrong way and I didn't feel like I could get anything done with him around. Really annoying to have someone following you around while you are trying to pawn stuff from passing merchants.

I stop at the doors of the building to look back and see if the guy was following me again or not before going on inside. I blink as I walk in and the place looks rather nice. The floor is make of smooth stone and the foyer is rather large with groups of people sitting at the tables doing whatever it they are there to do. Some are just there for a drink while others are playing cards or relaxing with a call girl. Walking forward to come to the front desk that was also the bar. I give it tap to call the attendants over to me. The skinny black haired bar keep comes over as he is cleaning a glass with a wash cloth. "How can I help you miss?" Giving him a charming smile. "I need a room and a bath if I can get one." He gives a nod "We got a few rooms open and the bath house is just right through there... but it mostly men in the bath." I throw a pouch up onto the bar. "Will that do?" He opens it up and counts the stones inside before giving a nod. "Sure is. Upstairs, fourth room on the right." I glance over at the stairs and give a nod of thanks.

Katsui moved through the village going too one of the guard buildings and giving the guards a heads up of why he was here. He would also fill them in on the mission he was here for, so that he could enlist their aid if he found who the thief was, then make mention of keeping an eye on Eri since he suspected her of being a petty thief. He would then he would leave heading for one of the inns. Katsui would spend some of his hard earned coin.

Moving across the stone floor I glance up the stairs as I come to meet the bottom step before my feet quickly move up them. Walking through the hallway I count the doors on the right as I pass them till I get to the forth one to open it up. The room wasn't too bad with a single bad inside with a table and a window that has view of the street outside. This is one of the best taverns I have stayed at in a while. Most just have a dirty old cot for you to sleep in with a room fall of other people. The backpack is slide off my shoulder and set down so I can test out the feel of the bed. Sitting on it and feeling of the covers before pushing down on it. With a nod of it being all good, I get back up and pull out a few things form my pack. I was really needing a bath and this is as good of a time as any. Taking some of the things with me as I move back down stairs to go into the bathhouse. I give the little boy that is keeping watch a stone to use the bath before going in and getting undress. I take my time to wash up with some oils to make my skin look nice and make me smell good again before getting into the large bath to sock in the warm bath water for a while.

He found a near to do inn, that would provide him with shelter for the night at a modest rate. Katsui would have a brief discussion with the inn keeper about the type of people who had come through the town lately, which gave him some tangent discussions, but it was nothing very useful. It would seem that this girl would be the one he needed to investigate more thoroughly, which brought a sigh too him. He was not looking forward too another meeting with her.

My eyes close as I lean my head back to enjoy the hot soothing bath. I could really get use to doing this every day if I only had the time to do so. I would be bored being tried down to just one place though. Why people liked to stay in one place all there life is elapse me. The clicking sounds booted heels echoes on the tile floor till they come to a stop next to me.

There is a light cough as the one of the men clears his throat before speaking to me.

"Miss. Silver?"

One of the golden orbs opens to look up at the three men in fine clothing as the inquiry is made. Two of them are young men that look like the average lackey while the one in the center is an older man with a walking cane.

"You gentleman do realize this is the women's side of the bath don't you?"

A sweat bead draws on the side of the young man's face at my question if they know that they had wondered into the women's bath.

"Umm we are fully aware of that but we have been told that you have something for us."

My eye closes and I wave them off with my head.

"Sorry boys. I'm not that type of girl. But I'm sure it'll be easy to find one up front. The women around here seem to enjoy defiling their bodies for shinny things."

The young man blinks a few times as the other laughs him.

"No that isn't what I meant..."

The sound of the tip of cane slamming on the tile floor echoes though the large room and my eye opens up to look at the older of the three.

"I'm Guild Master, Gray Fox. You have a package for me do you not?"

The golden orb locks onto the man for a moment before I give him a smile and reach under the cloth next to me to pull out a little black box.

"Indeed I do. Mr. Black says happy birthday."

The young man takes the box from my head and it is looked over before being handed to the guild master.

"Thank you Miss Silver. Now we will leave you to enjoy your say at our fine tavern. The guild will pay for your stay here and we'll give you some stones to trade."

The young man sets a small pouch down next to me before the group takes there leave so I can get make to enjoying my bath.
