Summary of Work
so far, rebirth has been a pain. After meeting up with Domen, Sanzon has returned to the former Venturion Academy to find it in tact, but damaged. The lower commons have become infested with demons and gangsters, much like what it originally was. After rescuing a few humans who were inhabiting the academy from demonic assailants, Sanzon has tracked them back to their local mob boss (based out of an old pizza shop a few blocks over), and roosted him. Now, Sanzon controls a 3 block radius from the academy, and is beginning to establish the foundations of a safe haven in the former lower commons.

He is also working with his demonic counterpart to help re-establish order in this rather screwed up world.

Future work :
Slow expansion outwards, bring more mob bosses to the light and monopolize the lower commons while spreading influence. re-build the venturion academy, and use it as a front line of support for future projects.

the gear is a lil expensive... i was thinkin something like a sword or something that's normally like common or something. you may have to come out of pocket for the diff... whatcha think?

I think...

it states 2 pieces of custom gear . What that custom gear is, or its cost remains unspecified. ( Pretty much why I chose the most expensive thing on the menu =3). Since this lifepath lacks the sheer buff of the others (ie) the army reward of the leader of man, or the stage SIX charm technique of celeb. It would seem a little unfair to dim down the selection on this one. Failing my negotiation on that fact, I'll agree to pay the difference.

Slay the Giant Sand Nematoda
Beneath the sands of the desert regions slithers a fiend so foul that it's very name causes weak men to void their bowels. Merchant caravans have come up destroyed with their humans and animals missing... believed to have been devoured by the fierce beast known as the Sand Python. It's like a Sand Worm, but on steroids. It will eat you.

Process: Gather information on the sandy beast, find it and take it out.
Goal: Defeat the Sand Python
Reward: Silk Wrappings (enough to cover full body. Can be used as string or weightless DEN3 armor), 25 Value worth in items
Additional Rewards: Silk Wrappings for those who assist (enough to cover half body. Can be used as string or weightless DEN3 armor)

Save the Village
Life is sometimes tough in the northern midlands. There is a bandit clan formed from one of the "families" in Rockland that comes to a particular small village and loots it from time to time. The village only has eight families living there, so they don't have a large enough force to protect themselves.

Process: Come across this small village for whatever reason and hear about their plight. Offer help and assist in protecting the village. Make the bandits attacking it think twice before coming to this village again and you will have earned a place here.
Goal: Fight off 15 NPC bandits
Reward: 1 Medium Building
Additional Rewards: 1 small building to each character who assists.
